We called several companies for a defective oil burner that died this December with temperature hovering around 19 degrees. Hughes Mechanical was the ONLY company who called us back immediately and met with us the same day to resolve our issue. They went over several options, guiding us through the process to help make the best decision possible. Eventually we decided to ditch the oil burner for a new energy efficient heat pump system. The guys at Hughes were wonderful!! They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, hard-working, and easy going. A real estate friend/neighbor recommended them to me and I am very pleased. I will 100% recommend them to others and definitely use them again. They didn't pressure me and took time to explain everything. At the end, they cleaned everything up and it looked great. Hughes Mechanical's plumbing duo of Mike and Cody did a phenomenal job repairing the leak from from a cracked cast-iron pipe coming from apartment above mine.
