I had absolutely excellent service from the minute I called the hotline to when my mechanic came and fixed my heater! They worked with my schedule and were able to find me someone in 48 hours. My mechanic was very professional and explained everything to me regarding the issues I was having. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone who needs help! The guys at Hughes were wonderful!! They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, hard-working, and easy going. A real estate friend/neighbor recommended them to me and I am very pleased. I will 100% recommend them to others and definitely use them again. They didn't pressure me and took time to explain everything. At the end, they cleaned everything up and it looked great. I went with Hughes for the installation of a heat pump and not only were they great at discussing the different options and answering all my questions, they were efficient and did a complete job. We called several companies for a defective oil burner that died this December with temperature hovering around 19 degrees. Hughes Mechanical was the ONLY company who called us back immediately and met with us the same day to resolve our issue.
