Kurt’s service was above and beyond! On a high stress day with the heat wave and probably endless service calls he took the time to carefully assess our issues with two units, made sure we understood the situation, and effectively and efficiently performed the needed repairs. Graciously took a few minutes to give us solid advice on an unrelated problem. If only all service techs were this skilled and personable! Call system is a little clunky but once you get to a real person, they are super friendly and helpful. Read Less

They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, hard-working, and easy going. A real estate friend/neighbor recommended them to me and I am very pleased. I will 100% recommend them to others and definitely use them again. They didn't pressure me and took time to explain everything. At the end, they cleaned everything up and it looked great. I got a new (gas) furnace and a water heater, installed a register, and removed the ancient oil tank. Read Less

And they said they would be there tom... Read MoreThis is my second time using Hughes, Mechanical LLC. I called them yesterday about my water heater leaking. I asked them how soon they can get here to replace it. And they said they would be there tomorrow by 10 am. Two of their employees Mike and Aaron arrived a little earlier this morning which was great. Both of these men, we're very polite and extremely knowledgeable of what they are doing. I've had other plumbers here in the past but Hughes Mechanical is top of the line. I won't go anywhere else. Thank You Read Less
