The guys at Hughes were wonderful!! They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, hard-working, and easy going. A real estate friend/neighbor recommended them to me and I am very pleased. I will 100% recommend them to others and definitely use them again. They didn't pressure me and took time to explain everything. At the end, they cleaned everything up and it looked great. Great people to work with from start to finish. I had my entire heat pump system replaced in less than 5-1/2 hours. These guys are knowledgeable, professional, detail oriented and personable. The estimate included a detailed list of materials and tasks to be completed. The financing option I chose saved me well over $1,000 compared to a bank loan. Thank you Hughes, other businesses could learn from you. P. S. The system that was replaced was only 2 years old and failed completely due to improper installation and cheap equipment, so professionalism does matter. Read Less
